All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Harsh Logistics is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events. Insurance is recommended for high-value goods.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
